Get ahead of the game and fill out our Waivers online! Completing Waivers online gets you out having fun on the water faster.

Be Prepared.

Our Waivers and Forms must be filled out before any of our visitors partake in our offered activities. Save yourself some time and fill these out online prior to your visit to our rental office.

Rental Agreement

Our Rental Agreement is for visitors renting our kayaks or SUPs. Anyone going on the vessel must fill out a Rental Agreement. The Liability waiver is included in the Rental Agreement.

Liability Waiver

Our Liability Waiver is for anyone participating in our lessons, guided inlet tours, weekly events or kids camps.

Medical Disclosure Waiver

Our Medical Disclosure Waiver is for our Kids Camps. It is important for us to know if there are any medical concerns and who to contact in the case of an emergency.
