ABOUT US

We are located at Rocky Point Park, steps away from the Evergreen Line...

Rocky Point Kayak is located in the new Rocky Point Adventure Center building located at the foot of the boat launch at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. We are steps from Brewer's Row, Rocky Point Ice Cream & The Boathouse Restaurant. We are also 5 minutes away from the new Evergreen Line.

Our Location

Our location offers easy access to the Burrard Inlet and the Indian Arm. The calm waters at Rocky Point have an abundance of bird and wildlife just a short paddle from shore. Stunning scenery and secluded beaches provide a quick wilderness escape despite being only 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. We offer hourly, daily, or weekly rentals, of kayaks and stand up paddleboards. In addition, we offer lesson programs and tours, and many weekly drop-in social paddles.

Equipment and Services

We also have the staff and equipment to host large group or corporate outing and specialize in school paddle trips and lessons. We operate seasonally from April 1 to the end of September. We have a large rental fleet with a diverse range of boats for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers. Our rental fleet consists of single, double, family-friendly double kayaks, and stand up paddle boards.

"Had a great experience renting a kayak here. The office staff were super friendly. The dock-side staff were friendly, helpful and hard working. In addition to all of this, the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely rent from here again."

"Recently went here for a work function. The instructors were extremely informative and helpful, making the whole process very straightforward and enjoyable.

While I didnt have to pay for my kayak trip, the rates are very reasonable, and are well worth the very peaceful and scenic kayak ride that awaits you in and around the rocky point area. Definitely recommend this."

"Great people and super friendly. We had a few first timers and the staff make it comfortable and easy to learn how to kayak. We got into the water easy and we all made it back without anyone falling into the water! We even got to see some sea lions."
- Jonathan Ng
"Our family has rented kayaks several times from here in order to get a bit closer to the seals bathing on the floating piles of logs in the summer. The staff has always been helpful and professional and their instruction was clear and simple. The equipment is in great condition and the pricing is reasonable! I especially recommend this activity for families!"
