Full Moon Paddle Tour

Venture out at sunset to explore the shallows of the Burrard Inlet with it's many nocturnal marine mammals and bird life. Enjoy a leisurely paddle back by the light of the moon whilst enjoying the lights of the inlet and in search of phosphorescence in the water. Back on land a special treat from Rocky Point Ice Cream is waiting…
Prerequisite: None. Please note, if you have no kayaking experience the easiest way to enjoy the outing is in a 2-person double kayak with a friend.  

Sunset Kayak / Sup Tour

Paddle into the sunset… We will take advantage of the high tide and follow the shoreline to Old Orchard Beach. There your guide will surprise you with a bite from Port Moody’s Canteen. We will set off again and circle back at dusk. The 2 hour program will be at a leisurely low intensity pace in small groups of maximum 6 participants. 
Prerequisite: None. Please note, if you have no kayaking experience the easiest way to enjoy the outing is in a 2-person double kayak with a friend.  

SUP Yoga

Since 2011 certified instructor Islena Faircrest, E-RYT, has introduced a love for paddling to many, including beginners who never thought they'd learn so quickly while having so much fun. She was the first instructor to introduce Paddleboard Yoga to San Francisco's South Peninsula Coastside. SUP Yoga classes are taught on the water on floating boards. Your "yoga mat" is a stand up paddleboard; nature is your studio and all the elements have been invited - sun, wind, water and the seals! Many who've never paddleboarded or done yoga before, enjoy a fun, safe and rewarding experience. Explore the inlet, admire nature, and gain confidence and strength with fitness and yoga on the water.
Prerequisite: To fully enjoy the program we recommend having some sup or prior paddling experience. We regularly offer SUP beginner group lessons if you have never been on a SUP.  

Paddle Fit

This is a unique and fun way to change your current workout routine. PaddleFit combines the sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with the strength and conditioning fitness to give you a full body workout. Get some friends together, work on your core, and have a great time of the water.  
Prerequisite: To fully enjoy the program we recommend having some sup or prior paddling experience. We regularly offer SUP beginner group lessons if you have never been on a SUP.
