Kids Camps

We are awaiting further details & regulations from our Provincial Government and Paddle Associations in regards to day camps for the summer of 2021, but we foresee continuing our protocols from last season at a minimum:
  • All staff and campers will be screened for symptoms before starting their day at camp (daily health check for participants required prior to arrival)
  • Strive to maintain social distancing between campers
  • On land activities will be altered to promote social distancing
  • Kids camp has been reduced to 18 participants per week from 24
  • We will continue to update our camp regulations as we learn more from the government. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Our message to you,
We are all experiencing a time of uncertainty. New challenges are facing the world every day, and we are learning how to tackle each challenge by working together. Rocky Point Kayak understands the impact that these challenges can have on our community and the stress that follows. We invite you to take a moment to release that stress through exercising and immersing yourself in nature. Ocean kayaking is an activity that allows you to get outside and socialize, while still maintaining a 6 foot distance from others. Our staff team has worked together to implement safety measures to prevent transmission of COVID-19 so that our community can participate in water activities and feel safe doing so. We are looking forward to sharing the experience of the relaxing inlet with you, and will do our best to keep our customers updated on the current guidelines that our company is implementing.
Sincerely,
Rocky Point Kayak Staff Team
