Stand Up Paddleboard Lessons
Learn the fundamental skills and techniques of stand up paddleboarding to maximize your strength-building and enjoyment of this new sport. Skills include on water safety, proper paddling techniques, stance and balance, and board control.
Length: 2 Hours
Cost: $50.00 per person or $75.00 for a semi-private lesson
Dates: Every Friday and Sunday evening. Minimum of three participants required for group lesson.
Time: Friday evening lessons – 6:30-8:30 pm
Sunday evening lessons – 6:00-8:00 pm
This is a unique and fun way to get shape, get out on the water and have fun! PaddleFit combines the sport of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) with strength and conditioning fitness to give you a total body workout. Get some friends together, develop your core, and have a great time on the water!

SUP Paddle Camp
Kids SUP Camp is a week long stand up paddle boarding camp for children between the ages of 10-14. By the end of the week, the kids will know how to properly stand up paddle board and feel extremely comfortable out on the water. Early in the week the camp will focus on safety and proper paddle strokes and techniques. As the week progresses participants will be taught different turns, stances, go on mini-tours of the Inlet and participate in fun SUP races.
Date: July 2 – 5 ($150), July 08 – 12, July 15- 19, July 22- 26, July 29- August 2
August 5 – 9, August 12 – 16, August 19-23, August 26- 30
Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Note: Minimum number of participants required for this camp. Lunch is not included & camps will run on the public holiday
Prerequisite: Average swimming a ability
