Level III – Edging & Bracing
** Please note this program takes place at Buntzen Lake **
Bracing is an advanced technique that will increase your comfort and ability to stay balanced in your kayak in a variety of sea conditions. Bracing is also a key progression to rolling your kayak. Edging is an advanced technique to assist you in turning your kayak and maneuverability; and plays a major part when in choppy conditions or if you have to suddenly change direction.

What to Bring:
Rocky Point Kayak will provide all participants with wetsuits
Swimsuit, change of clothes & towel
Secure footwear (sandals with heel strap etc.)
Non-cotton insulated top (fleece or polypropylene)
Water bottle and snacks
Sunscreen
